flour, your choice
1 tsp
baking powder
12 tbsp
baking soda

1 cup
plain yogurt
12 cup
oil
14 cup
jam

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (205° C). Brush a Muffin Maker with vegetable oil and place on a Sheet Pan.
  2. Whisk first four ingredients and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, yogurt, and oil.
  4. Using a spatula gently stir wet ingredients into dry until just moistened. Do not overmix.
  5. Fill each muffin pan cavity 14 full. Drop in 1 tsp jam, then more dough.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes. Once cooked, use a basting brush to brush tops with water, and top with Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix

. Let cool 5 minutes before unmolding.

Tips

Add 12 cup small fresh or frozen berries to the batter.
