Ingredients


Makes: 1 serving
  • 1 C (250 ml) baby spinach or kale
  • 1/2 scoop Sweet Coconut Vegan Protein Blend, or (1/2 C/125 ml) Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Citron Sencha Green Tea, brewed, chilled

Preparation


 
  • In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
