Ingredients


Makes 1–2 servings
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Citron Sencha Green Tea
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) boiling water
  • 1 C (250 ml) mixed frozen berries
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) low-fat milk or plain soy milk
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) honey
  • 1 scoop Sweet Coconut Vegan Protein Blend, or (1/2 C/125 ml) Greek yogurt

Preparation


 
  • Steep Tea in water. Allow to cool.
  • In a blender or food processor, blend tea with remaining ingredients until smooth.

Tip


 

Chef Tips: For that extra punch of flavour, make your tea a little stronger – add an extra teaspoon (5 ml) when brewing! Top your smoothie with a dollop low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt for an extra creamy finish.
