Preparation


 
  • In a bowl, combine egg and egg whites.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except finishing sauce and mix to combine. Place in a Rectangular Steamer and press down to pack lightly.
  • Cover with lid and microwave on high for 9–10 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes, then turn out of steamer, drizzle with finishing sauce, and slice.
